The Dream

In a dream, I looked for a secret in a mine, precious metal, a jewel.
In a dream, I asked for a taste, a sample, of the sounds of paradise, of heaven.
In a dream, I sang for a vast crowd.

The crowd vanished one by one.
I could not understand the harmonies of heaven.
The mine collapsed, killing all the miners.

The Secret protects itself.
